Christmas gathering evenings
Tables are available for parties of eight or more adults for our Christmas gatherings. Your group will be seated together (multiples of 8-10 per table) on our beautifully decorated wooden tables. We only take bookings for one sitting per table for these events to give everyone the time and space to enjoy their company for the evening.
Exclusive use Christmas parties
Bookings for groups of 80 or more will enjoy exclusive use of the whole venue for the evening. Enjoy the ambience of the magical barn with seasonal decorations, and the bar, facilities, and our team including event coordinator to yourselves. Choose your timings, entertainment and drinks packages to make it a special Christmas celebration this year.
Exclusive use parties are available week nights throughout December 2023.
Prices from £42.50 +VAT per person inclusive of arrival drink, three course menu and tea/coffee.

Booking Information
- Group bookings for shared Christmas events will be sat together. Please let us know if another group has booked separately who you’d like to sit with.
- A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to book. Menu choices, dietary requirements and final balance required 14 days prior to your booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the booked date will only be eligible for a partial refund if we are able to resell your cancelled tickets. Pre-ordering is essential to help us prepare the right ingredients and limit food waste. Please advise us of all dietary requirements for your group when ordering.
- Christmas parties at Cott Farm are for adults and are not suitable for children.
- Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises. Our licensed bar (cash and cards accepted) closes at 11pm. The venue and grounds must be vacated no later than 11.30pm.
- For exclusive use bookings (80+ guests): Exclusive use of the venue and facilities is included for your booked date and times and access to you or your guests or your suppliers is only permitted during these times – additional consecutive time and event planning services may be booked in advance for an additional fee.
