Our private campsite for groups offers a glamping experience for family and friends to enjoy the great outdoors and completely relax, with half board accommodation including dinner, luxuriously furnished bell tents and breakfast.

A quiet, private campsite for groups to enjoy exclusively…
If you’re looking for somewhere private and lovely to chill out and enjoy the great outdoors, good locally-sourced food, a few drinks and a unique glamping experience as a small group, then you’ve found your ideal place! Our aim is to make your stay as relaxing as possible, operating with respect for the land and the wildlife that inhabits it, for our neighbours, and for you, our guests. We welcome all like-minded people.
Your group will experience half board glamping, with a beautiful dinner, bed and breakfast included. Our fully-stocked licensed bar offers a wide range of drinks, so you can just turn up and enjoy great hospitality in a beautiful location.
Situated over five acres, a footbridge from the camping field leads to the outdoor seating area, covered dining space, fire pit and ‘the nook’ with toilet, basin, shower and dressing room. Our outdoor kitchen with woodfired oven is also in this area so you can watch your meals being cooked, plus our licensed bar is open until 11pm for a drinks. Your group will be the only people there to enjoy the beauty and peace of the whole space.
Five luxurious bell tents
Get back to nature without sacrificing your home comforts! Each of our five 5m canvas bell tents is furnished with a sumptuous king size bed with 1000 pocket sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding, carpets, bistro table and chairs, and battery-powered lanterns and fairy lights.
There is a flushing toilet, hot shower and dressing room for your group’s exclusive use, with the option for additional facilities too.
Half board glamping
Dinner will be cooked and served exclusively for your group in the evening, with breakfast in the morning. You can choose from the following evening menus, or contact us if there’s something particular you have in mind.

There is a minimum chargeable number of ten people to book a private group glamping experience.
Additional guests up to a maximum of ten extras (ie 20 total) are priced at £145pp, which includes dinner, breakfast and camping pitch for your own tent.

Additional guests
This experience is priced for ten people, but up to ten additional guests can be added for an additional charge. Our bell tents are romantically furnished to sleep two, but are 5m wide so there is space if you would like to bring your own additional beds and bedding for friends or children.
There’s plenty of space for additional tents. You can bring your own tents or you’re welcome to hire additional bell tents from an external supplier. These must be delivered/assembled and dissembled/collected within your booked hire period (4pm on the day of your arrival and 11am on your check out day) so we only really recommend hiring extra bell tents if you are staying for two or more nights. Please contact us for recommendations and/or help with arranging this.
Additional facilities
A toilet, shower and dressing room for your group’s exclusive use is included. If you’d like to hire our shepherd’s hut loos (ladies cubicles x 3 and separate gents) too, please add £120 to your booking to cover water/electricity/cleaning costs.
Glamping experiences are designed for you to enjoy the great outdoors as a small group: a sheltered dining area is included. Our indoor barn is not included for glamping experiences – please contact us if you wish to hire the entire venue at The Barn at Cott Farm.
Dietary requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and other dietary requirements can only be catered for if pre-booked. Please let us know all dietary requirements at least four weeks before your stay.
Weddings
Cott Farm is licensed for indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Please contact us if you’d like to add your wedding ceremony to a small group glamping experience.
Important info
It is very important all guests are aware Cott Farm is a licensed premises. This means bringing your own food or drinks is strictly prohibited and quiet hours (11pm until 8am) must be observed by your whole party.
Our campsite isn’t the place for drunken shouting, loud music or unsupervised children, but is a haven for groups wanting a private space to enjoy each other’s company and delicious food.
A fire pit with logs and speakers for background music are provided in our outdoor seating area. Fires and music are not permitted in the camping field.
Please respect the land and the animals that inhabit it by taking all litter home with you (in particular cigarette butts and other small items can be fatal to animals).
Sorry, dogs are not permitted.
Booking
Prices include VAT. A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date(s). The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
An additional £500 refundable deposit is required for all group bookings. This must be paid before your arrival and will be refunded after your departure so long as there is no damage or rule violation.
