Your wedding ceremony
You can have your ceremony and reception at Cott Farm, without you and your guests having to move to another venue after your ceremony. Cott Farm is licensed for civil ceremonies both outdoors and inside, and there are three beautiful wedding ceremony locations to choose from.
Drinks and photos
After your ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy drinks and canapes served by an experienced team, with the countryside setting providing a perfect backdrop for photos. As a former farm there’s plenty of outdoor space, including a seating area (furniture is included), the lawn and the camping field over a footbridge.
Your wedding breakfast
Indulge in a tailored dining experience with a dedicated team, including a private chef, exclusively yours to create and serve a variety of menus from barbecues to fine dining, using locally-sourced ingredients. Every meal is freshly created in the on-site kitchen, whilst guests can enjoy local and popular drinks from the licensed and staffed bar.
Your evening party
As night falls, twinkling fairy lights illuminate the original beams, transforming the barn into a magical setting for your party. Choose your favourite local band or DJ, and dance the night away with your best people! Outside, the magic continues with a fire pit on the lawn, ambient lighting (and more fairy lights), and our outdoor kitchen serving your chosen evening menu (including our famous wood-fired pizzas).
Your wedding night
The wedding venue campsite is available for your exclusive use on the night of your weekend wedding. Five luxury furnished bell tents are included in our glamping option, and there’s plenty of space for your guests to pitch their own tents. If you and your guests would like to stay overnight, you can enjoy a full English breakfast the following morning.

Exclusive use
You’ll have privacy throughout your special day. You and your guests will enjoy the whole venue, bar, staff and facilities without the intrusion of members of the public, or guests from other weddings.
Make your wedding weekend your own from Friday morning to Sunday lunchtime, including the option of glamping on your wedding night in our private campsite.
A beautiful, furnished barn
Host up to 150 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, with room for 250 in the evening, so all your loved ones can join in. Natural light fills the space during the day, and the barn comes fully furnished with handmade wooden tables, vintage wood chairs, and a comfy lounge area. Fairy lights, paper lanterns, and foliage decorations are all included.
The gorgeous furnishings, plus a range of props and styling items, means the barn is far more than a blank canvas; instead it provides a great background for your finishing touches. We also offer a full venue and tabling styling service if you need help.
Wedding coordinator, staff and equipment
A dedicated team are here to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your celebration. Hosting only a select number of weddings each year, we focus on providing the attention and care you deserve.
You’ll be supported throughout your wedding planning as well as on the day, and we take care of sourcing all the plates, glasses, cutlery and other equipment required for your chosen menu (including water jugs, wine coolers, salt/ pepper mills etc), and do everything from laying tables, checking decor and setting up furniture to coordinating your timings on the day, so that you can just enjoy your day.
Licensed bar
Your own private bar is stocked with a wide range of local and popular drinks served by our experienced team. Cash and card payments are accepted, along with table service via QR code.
Opposite the bar is the snug, a comfy seating area for guests to rest their dancing feet and enjoy a drink and a chat.
Luxury loos & couple’s dressing room
Exclusive use of the whole venue means even the facilities are just yours for the day, so no queuing with the public or bumping in to other brides. The unique, handmade* shepherd’s hut luxury toilets include separate ladies (three cubicles) and gents (one cubicle, three urinals). In addition to the main loos, the two of you will have your own private dressing room with toilet, basin and shower in The Nook.

Freedom to choose your own entertainment, photographer and florist
Your wedding should be completely personal to you, so we don’t restrict which band or disco, photographer, florist or other suppliers you choose for your wedding. We have plenty of recommendations, if you need help. We also offer a full wedding planning service if you would prefer to just turn up and enjoy your day.
